Mr. Généreux founded Café et Généreux with a clear vision: to offer coffee that is as generous in flavor as it is in emotion. After years of testing & cupping, he realized that coffee, when roasted with care, can become a powerful vehicle for emotion and shared memories.

Precision is key in our roasting process. Each batch is carefully crafted using small-batch roasters, allowing us to highlight the unique flavors of each bean. We select our beans with care, working only with farms that uphold sustainable and ethical practices.
